Jana Heritier45 days agoI am want to give a shout out to Team Green Law! The staff is awesome to work with! Clients receive a nice Team Green welcome package and a hand written ‘Thank You’ note once the claim/case is resolved. Everyone was punctual and professional with my time and kept me updated on the progress of the claim. They return calls or respond to emails and text messages in a timely manner. Team Green Law has a very efficient electronic system and client(s) are assigned a portal/account that is used to communicate, review, and upload and/or sign documents regarding the claim/case. I appreciated everyone being honest and taking the time to explain the process, what to expect when dealing with insurance companies, providers, and other companies, Indiana laws applies to my claim/case and my options to make decision(s). Trisha Wise46 days agoI was very pleased with our results. I contacted Team Green just out of an abundance of caution. Most lawyers wouldn't even talk to me after hearing why I was calling. My daughter was attacked by our neighbor's dog. It resulted in lots of stitches and scarring. It has been awful. The neighbor's have been awful about it, while I did my best to show grace and try to keep things amicable. I didn't even demand the dog be put down! Our kids play together and were friends. Now my daughter has lost her only friend to play with in the neighborhood as well. I was surprised with the settlement offer we got. I am beyond happy I called for their help. They were very communicative during the process and the electronic files are great for staying informed. I wouldn't have thought it would result in the settlement we got, although after fees not life-changing.Posted on Google
