Jana Heritier39 days agoI am want to give a shout out to Team Green Law! The staff is awesome to work with! Clients receive a nice Team Green welcome package and a hand written ‘Thank You’ note once the claim/case is resolved. Everyone was punctual and professional with my time and kept me updated on the progress of the claim. They return calls or respond to emails and text messages in a timely manner. Team Green Law has a very efficient electronic system and client(s) are assigned a portal/account that is used to communicate, review, and upload and/or sign documents regarding the claim/case. I appreciated everyone being honest and taking the time to explain the process, what to expect when dealing with insurance companies, providers, and other companies, Indiana laws applies to my claim/case and my options to make decision(s).
