When R.T. and Collin launched Team Green Law, Collin pushed to make the guarantee a core part of the firm’s identity. If the ratio ever tips the wrong way, we reduce our fee.

Team Green Law is actively involved in veteran support and local sports organizations across Indiana. The Green family’s connection to veterans runs through every generation.
R.T.’s father served in the Indiana National Guard for 29 years, and his father-in-law also served in Korea. His uncle was injured in Korea and later decorated for his service in Vietnam. R.T.’s first legal mentor flew 35 combat missions over Europe.
We partner with veteran support organizations in northern and central Indiana and donate time and resources to groups that serve homeless and at-risk veterans. Our entire team regularly spends volunteer days supporting local veterans by serving at shelters and helping maintain veteran group homes.
Our firm proudly supports youth, collegiate, and professional sports aacross Indiana because staying connected to our local communities matters to us. Throughout the year, we also give away tickets to games and special events so individuals and families who might not otherwise have the opportunity can experience them.
